A Manila-based recruitment partner with a global remit

We connect Filipino professionals to verified overseas opportunities — and we never charge them a peso to do it.

Who we are

Built around one question: would we send our own family to this employer?

Loro Talent is an ethical overseas-recruitment agency. We vet employers as carefully as we vet candidates — and we walk every placement from first interview to first paycheck abroad.

We work in 14 destination markets across the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, North America, and Europe — covering healthcare, hospitality, skilled trades, IT, and seafaring.

What sets us apart

Four things you won’t find at most agencies

01

Employer verification, not just listings

Every employer is audited for licensing, contract terms, accommodation, and worker history before we send a single candidate.

02

Zero candidate-side fees

Our fees are paid by employers. If anyone ever asks a candidate to pay, that’s a red flag — and we’ll help them report it.

03

In-house pre-departure training

Language, culture, paperwork, finances, arrival logistics — handled before the flight, not after a crisis.

04

Post-arrival follow-through

Check-ins at week 2, month 1, month 3, and month 6. Issues escalate to a real human in our Manila office.

How a placement actually moves

Four steps. No black box.

From first conversation to first paycheck abroad — what happens in between, in plain language.

01

Vet the employer

License, contract terms, accommodation, prior worker references. We say no to roles that don’t pass.

02

Match and screen

Skills, English, documents, and a real conversation about life abroad. Shortlists land in the employer’s inbox in days, not weeks.

03

Prep and depart

Visa, medical, briefing, language, culture, and arrival plan — handled together so nothing slips.

04

Stay close

Scheduled check-ins through month 6. If something’s wrong, it gets escalated to Manila the same day.

The ethical stuff, in detail

The short version is on the cards above. Expand any of these for the longer answer.

Our fees are paid by employers under a placement agreement signed before recruitment begins. We don’t charge candidates for applications, screening, training, or placement.

This is the international standard for ethical recruitment, and it’s also how we keep our incentives aligned with the worker — not just the role.

What this means for you

Two paths through the same standards

Click your tab. We’ll show you the version that matters for your role in the placement.

Pre-vetted shortlists

Skills, English, documents, and motivation checked before profiles reach you.

Compliance baked in

POEA-aligned contracts, transparent fees, no candidate-side charges to surface later.

Reduced ramp-down

Pre-departure prep means fewer surprises post-arrival, which means fewer early exits.

What we won’t do

A short list of things we’ve walked away from.

Roles below market rate. Contracts that hide the fee. Employers who won’t let us speak to current workers. The work is hard enough without compromising on the basics.

No candidate feesNo contract substitutionNo phantom employersNo vague accommodation termsNo silent placements

Where we’re headed

Be the recruitment partner Filipino professionals recommend by name.

Not the biggest agency. The one workers send their friends to.
